The hotel boasts a charming farmhouse atmosphere, with a well-maintained pool area perfect for relaxation. Be prepared for some spider encounters in your room and bathroom. The lack of a paved entrance makes suitcase transport a bit challenging. Simple fixes could enhance an otherwise good stay.

Loved the honor bar and cozy atmosphere.

Staying with my family was fantastic! We enjoyed evenings by the pool, and the kids loved the tv in our Beautiful Double Room. Satellite programming kept everyone entertained after our adventures around Round Top.

For dads, it would be great if the entrance was paved.

I loved the outdoor dining area 🌳 It was so relaxing and perfect for enjoying breakfast. The tv in the room was great too, but the dining options could be a bit limited at times.

Would recommend for a brief hiatus

Charming room, relaxing outdoor area, the beautiful king room was comfortable with free Wi-Fi and a tv. The location is conveniently near the nearest airport.

The Beautiful King Room was a cozy retreat, complete with a Smart TV and an air conditioning system that kept the room comfortable all night. The private bathroom was a nice touch, equipped with a bath, made unwinding easy after a long day of exploring.

WiFi connection was occasionally slow.

Dining at the outdoor area was a good treat! The peaceful vibes. And oh, the attention to detail in the main house-everything was so well-maintained, Can't forget about that gorgeous pool area, perfect for lounging after a day of exploring Round Top.

Now, while my room was charming, a few eight-legged roommates were less than welcome. The lack of a paved entrance also. But honestly, it hardly dulled my sparkle for the stay.

This charming guest house is perfect for those who love chic farmhouse atmosphere. Its location is great, just a few minutes away from downtown. the room and bathroom were very clean and beautifully decorated. the private bathroom was a great touch. the service was exceptional and the staff was very friendly. the breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options. the facilities were great, making the stay very comfortable and cozy.

The bathroom was great, as well as the fact that it was located next door. It added to the feeling of intimacy we desired.

The bathroom was not connected to the room, which detracted from the romantic atmosphere we had hoped for. It requires us to exit the room, and the privacy was compromised.

As for location, the house was close to a lot of great attractions. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, and we appreciated how convenient it was to get to everything from the house. Having the bathroom separate from our private room was a downside, but it was still well kept, and we didn't have any issues with privacy.

My recent stay at a charming guest house was good. The beautifully renovated farmhouse exuded a chic and charming atmosphere. The room was cozy and well-decorated, adding to the overall farmhouse ambiance. Despite a small oversight with the shade placement in our room, the privacy was not a significant concern since we were the only guests that night. The guest house had a private bathroom, although it would have been more convenient if it were connected to the room. the bathroom itself was great and met our needs. the guest house provided delicious danishes, muffins, and quiche, which added a nice touch. I had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to recommend this place.
